Confirm your return arrangement
A rental day is 24 hours from pickup. There is a 30-minute grace period; beyond that, another full day is charged. Contact staff before the agreed time if you need an extension. Availability for the next day is not automatic.
Return full, with the correct fuel
Cars are supplied full and should be returned full. Confirm the correct fuel with staff and the fuel-flap label. Keep the receipt until handover. If the wrong fuel is added, do not start the engine; call us immediately. The renter is responsible for resulting recovery and repair costs.
Walk around the car together
Collect luggage, charging cables, documents and items in storage compartments. Review the condition and fuel level with staff, and report any incident during the rental. Ask for a breakdown of any additional charges before settling the deposit.
Charges to keep in mind
Published charges include special cleaning at 200–500 ฿ as applicable; smoke odour at 2,000 ฿; lost keys at replacement cost plus 500 ฿; and fines, tolls or parking at actual cost plus 200 ฿ administration. Your agreed rental conditions apply.
