Payment, date changes and early return

Rental is paid in cash on pickup day. Card payment is only possible when agreed in your booking: minimum 4,000 ฿, with a 3% processing fee.

Dates and times can be changed with at least 3 days’ notice. A rental can be moved within 1 week if a car is available; the rental length must stay the same or be longer.

There is no refund for returning the car early, under any circumstances.

Your booking payment

You can submit a website request without payment. Once our team confirms the car, quote and terms, the usual booking payment is 500–5,000 ฿, credited towards your rent. The balance is paid at pickup.

Bring the security deposit in cash

The security deposit is separate from rent: 5,000 ฿ for economy cars, sedans, family cars, SUVs and pickups, except Fortuner and Pajero Sport at 10,000 ฿; 25,000 ฿ for the motorhome. Ask us to confirm the pickup camper deposit. Security deposits are accepted in cash.

When the deposit is returned

We return your deposit at drop-off, once the car has been inspected and there is no new damage. It is paid back in cash, or by bank transfer if you prefer.

If your plans change

The booking payment is non-refundable for cancellation, no-show or early return. Contact us promptly about date changes, extensions or collection problems. Changes require confirmation and may affect the price.
