Insurance and responsibility
CDW included in the rate, the excess for each car type, and optional SCDW.
Understanding CDW and SCDW
CDW is included, with an excess of up to 10,000 ฿ for sedans, 15,000 ฿ for SUVs, 7-seaters and pickups, and 100,000 ฿ for the motorhome, subject to the terms. Optional SCDW is 250 ฿ per day for economy cars and sedans and 350 ฿ per day for other vehicles and may reduce or waive the excess for covered incidents.
Exclusions apply
Tyres, glass, underbody damage from misuse, flooding, off-road use, personal property and breaches of the agreement may fall outside coverage. SCDW does not cover every situation.
The applicable policy and rental agreement govern coverage. Ask our team to explain the cover and excess for your vehicle before confirming.
If an incident occurs
Move to safety, contact emergency services if necessary and call our team to coordinate with the insurer. Do not arrange repairs or move the vehicle unless needed for safety.
