Use your own SIM or eSIM

In-car Wi-Fi is not part of our standard service. For mobile data on the road, get a Thai tourist SIM or eSIM (sold at the airport and convenience stores) and navigate with your own phone.

Prepare a backup

Download offline maps and save your accommodation, return location and contact numbers before setting off. Bring a compatible charging cable and check the car’s ports at pickup.

Set up before driving

Set your route and pair your phone while parked. Let a passenger manage navigation, or stop safely before using the phone. Remove personal data and unpair the device when returning the car.

Confirm the conditions for your car and travel dates before paying. The applicable rental agreement and policy govern your rental.
