The daily rate goes down as the rental gets longer. The figures come from the same price data as each car’s own page. The price you pay is the total the booking system shows before you confirm.

What the rate includes

  • Rental insurance (CDW). The renter pays an excess, up to 10,000 THB for economy cars and sedans, or 15,000 THB for SUVs, 7-seaters and pickups; 100,000 THB for the Motorhome, and confirmed before you book for the pickup camper.
  • No VAT is added to the quoted rate.
  • Free handover at Udon Thani Airport until 20:30, at parking A3.
  • Free delivery and collection in Mueang Udon Thani for rentals of 5 days or more (350 THB each way for 1–4 days).
  • Child seats or boosters free, subject to availability; ask when you book.

Extra charges that may apply

  • Rentals of 1–2 days that include a Friday, Saturday or Sunday: +300 THB per day.
  • Pickup or return after 20:30 (until 21:00): 500 THB each time, not charged on rentals of 10 days or more. Before 06:30 or after 21:00: by arrangement 12–24 hours ahead, from 500 THB each time.
  • Delivery outside Mueang Udon Thani: charged by distance, about 1,500–2,000 THB for around 50 km; farther places follow the out-of-town delivery table, for example 2,500 THB one way to Ban Dung.
  • Optional SCDW: 250 THB/day for economy cars and sedans, or 350 THB/day for other cars.
  • Mileage over the agreed limit: 10 THB/km, only for the extra distance.
  • Renters over 70 (when the insurer approves): +35% of the rent.

Booking payment and security deposit

The booking payment is normally 500–5,000 THB. It holds the car and is deducted from the rent; the rest is paid on the pickup day.

Every rental needs a cash security deposit on the pickup day: 5,000 THB for most cars, 3,000 THB for the Suzuki Celerio, 10,000 THB for the Toyota Fortuner and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, 25,000 THB for the Motorhome, and confirmed by staff when you book for the pickup camper. You get it back when you return the car, or within 24–72 hours.

Questions about prices

Why do the rates change during the year?

Rates follow the booking system’s seasons: 11 Oct – 7 Apr and 16 Apr – 10 Oct. Songkran (8–15 Apr) has special rates. Each car’s page shows the rates for both seasons.

Is the rate in the table what I pay?

It is the daily rate before extras and the extra charges listed above. The booking system shows the total before you confirm, and our team then confirms the car and the price.

Can I rent without a security deposit?

No. Every rental needs a cash security deposit on the pickup day, and you get it back when you return the car under the rental terms.

Is a monthly rental cheaper?

Yes. The daily rate drops for 21–30 days and again from 31 days. The monthly rental page shows the 30-day total for each car.
