For rentals lasting weeks or months, share the mileage and convenient dates so we can plan routine maintenance. We will confirm the service location, appointment and vehicle arrangements while it is being checked.

Report a change early

Report warning lights, unusual noises, vibration or changes in braking promptly; do not wait for a scheduled service. If the car may be unsafe, stop using it and call us.

Let us coordinate the workshop

Routine maintenance is part of caring for the rental vehicle. Obtain approval before ordering repairs, replacing parts or accepting charges independently. Damage from use outside the agreement is assessed separately from routine servicing.

Confirm the conditions for your car and travel dates before paying. The applicable rental agreement and policy govern your rental.
